GRAPES: Garganega, Sauvignon, Tai, Moscato giallo
ALCOHOL: 11.50%
VINIFICATION: It is obtained from an accurate selection of the grapes in a hilly area suitable to produce blend of sparkling base. The had picked grapes are place in crates are soft pressed, collecting only the free-run must. The base of the spumante is obtained after an accurate cleaning and then the second fermentation in autoclave begins with the Martinotti’s method and lasts about 120 days. Then the wine is filtered and bottled.
CHARACTERISTICS: This sparkling wine with a bright color is perfect to drink young, but able to evolve well over time, developing hints of wild white berries, delicate citrus, at the same time recalling notes of peach and elderflower. On the palate it is deep and clean, pleasant, soft, slightly savory, mineral and persistent taste with fine and lasting perlage.
PAIRING: It goes very well with risotto, soups and white meats. It is enhanced with fish, shellfish and seafood. Suitable for aperitifs, but it also lends itself very well to the whole meal.
