GRAPES: glera, Pinot nero
ALCOHOL: 11.50%
VINIFICATION: Grapes vinified in white for the glera and in red for the pinot noir. The assembly is then carried out and the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave with the long Martinotti method for about 3 months. Cold filtration and bottling follows.
CHARACTERISTICS: Sparkling wine of pale pink color with fine and persistent perlage, numerous fruity aromas blend with light floral notes with sensations of fresh red fruit. Fresh and fragrant flavor.
PAIRING: Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with raw and fish dishes, especially shellfish. Serving temperature 6 ° - 8 ° C.
