GRAPES: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Raboso
ALCOHOL: 14.5%
VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place on the skins in steel tanks. The wine ages for 24/30 months in first and second passage French oak barrels and ages in the bottle for about twelve months.
CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red color that evolves to garnet, complex on the nose with notes of red fruits, spices, tobacco and notes tending to balsamic. On the palate it is elegant with long persistence, warm, with a tannic texture enhanced by softness. An enveloping wine.
PAIRING: Perfect with game, grilled, stewed red meat, aged cheeses.
