ALCOHOL: 12.50%
VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, brought to the cellar with perfectly healthy fruits that are vinified in steel tanks where the wine obtained matures for 6-7 months.
CHARACTERISTICS: Bright straw yellow in color, on the nose there are fruity notes with intense hints of elderberry, savia and citrus. On the palate it is crisp, elegant, balanced with a strong persistence. Pleasantly balsamic references to the finish.
PAIRING: It goes very well with fish-based dishes, excellent with shellfish.
