VINIFICATION: The perfectly healthy and ripe grapes are harvested and pressed in the shortest possible time to avoid abnormal fermentation; this is followed by the immediate lowering of temperatures up to about 10 ° C, a soft pressing and a cold static decantation in thermoconditioned tanks to preserve the aromas intact. Only after a careful taste-olfactory analysis of the must begins the second fermentation that leads to the final product.
CHARACTERISTICS: Clear wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose is fine and delicate, with hints of golden apple, pineapple and banana.
PAIRING: It is a very versatile wine, used as an aperitif and can be sipped on any occasion; excellent with fish, it prefers delicate dishes.
