VINIFICATION: The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts, with temperature control in steel tanks, with repeated punching down, to extract the greatest amount of persistent aromatic substances that characterize this wine.
CHARACTERISTICS: The wine has a bright red and lively colour; intense aroma with notes of fresh red fruit pulp just picked and an herbaceous and mineral finish.
PARING: Perfect with red meat, grilled and roasted.
