CABERNET VENETO IGT
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc
ALCOHOL: 12.50%
VINIFICATION: The crushed grapes are fermented, with temperature control in steel tanks, with repeated punching down, to extract the greatest amount of polyphenols, coloring and aromatic substances. At the end of fermentation, racking and malolactic fermentation follow. Part of it is placed in wooden barrels and left to mature for 7-8 months; the remaining part in steel tanks. It is assembled and bottled where it ages for at least 4-5 months before being put on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS: A wine of great persuasion, vigorous but at the same time fruity and soft. Ruby red in color tending to garnet, the nose is intense, with fresh and intense aromas of plum, blackberry and vanilla.
PAIRING: To be combined with lasagna, marinated meats, aged cheeses, truffles and hamburgers.
