GRAPES: Raboso, Cabernet Sauvignon
ALCOHOL: 12.50%
VINIFICATION: The grapes are subjected to soft pressing and the must is left in light contact with the skins to obtain a bright pink color and soft tannins.
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° for about 10-12 days.
CHARACTERISTICS: Light pink, transparent and brilliant wine. On the nose there is a sweet scent of wild strawberries, with a finish of rose and ripe cherry. On the palate it is sapid, full body and of medium structure, slightly tannic. The aftertaste is harmonious and mineral.
PAIRING: Excellent with fish dishes, with mushrooms, cold rice based on vegetables, shellfish and perfect with pizza!
